Free Yoga at the Park - Mindful Movement

Our first official Yoga at the Park class of the summer will feature a morning time Mindful Movement sequence!

The class will be located in the grassy field near the end of the last parking lot in the back of the park. Led by Becky Haschke, YTT200, this gentle outdoor sequence will emphasize the connection of breath and movement while sprinkling in some yin (with longer holds). All levels are welcome!

Please RSVP here if you plan on attending, although registration is not required so feel free to just show up. Don't forget to bring your mat and water. Props (blocks, blanket or towel, strap) are recommended but not required.
