Treat Mom to an unforgettable culinary experience this Mother’s Day! Executive Chef Dan Stackpoole has created a beautifully curated 5-course tasting menu celebrating the elegance of Italian cuisine and the women we cherish most.

Each course offers your choice of one option, except dessert.

1st Course – Choose One:
• Smoked salmon crostini, pickled onion, arugula
• Fresh mozzarella, marinated tomato, basil, aged balsamic

2nd Course – Choose One:
• Butternut squash bisque, sage, lavender
• Baked fontina in pastry with tomato basil moat

3rd Course – Choose One:
• Beet, arugula, goat cheese, pecans, white balsamic
• Romaine heart, crispy pancetta, cherry tomato, gorgonzola

4th Course – Choose One:
• Crab and salmon roulade, lemon double cream, caviar
• Cotoletta alla Milanese – breaded pork tenderloin, pecorino, spicy amogio
• Grilled petite filet and shrimp, red pepper cream, pesto, pine nuts

5th Course – Dessert Trio (All Guests Receive):
• Crème brûlée
• Salted caramel chocolate ganache truffle
• Toasted coconut strawberry mini cannoli
