Join us for a transformative Sound Healing and Restorative Yoga session at Black Barn Alpacas, in Finksburg, MD, designed to nurture your body, mind, and spirit. This event takes place in the tranquil alpaca pasture and blends the gentle practice of restorative yoga with the soothing vibrations of sound healing.
Amidst the alpacas, you’ll be guided through a series of long-held restorative yoga poses, to encourage maximum comfort, deep relaxation and healing. As you settle in, the sounds of crystal singing bowls, and healing instruments will envelop you, helping to clear blockages, restore balance, and align your energy.
The combination of mindful postures, therapeutic sounds, and alpaca presence will release tension, calm the nervous system, and promote a sense of peace and well-being. This event will leave you feeling deeply restored, centered, and revitalized. Guided by Cher of Cher Yoga and Sound Healing Facilitator, Michele Pedersen. Bring a yoga mat, blanket or towel, and a pillow. Must be 18 years of age to participate or 16 with an adult.
