Full Moon Yoga Hike with Sound Healing

Join us for a Full Moon Yoga Hike with Sound Healing at the picturesque Black Barn Alpaca Farm in Finksburg, MD. This event will be guided by Cher of Cher Yoga and Sound Healing Facilitator, Michele Pedersen. It includes a short hike through a beautiful, wooded trail with views of the farm at sunset, while stopping along the path to practice standing yoga postures and listening to soothing sound bowls. We’ll conclude the peaceful practice in Savasana (final relaxation), basking in the energy of the Full Moon and bathed in the therapeutic sounds of crystal bowls. This event is open to all levels of yoga practitioners from beginners to advanced. Must be 18 years of age to participate or 16 with an adult.

Farm will close at 10 p.m. Wear proper footwear for hiking. Bring a headlamp or flashlight, water, and a snack if desired. No mat required. All postures will be practiced from a standing position. You may bring a towel or blanket for Savasana (some chairs will be available).
