Disco Yoga

Bring a mat or towel to practice on, wear clothes you can move in, and prepare to groove with your yoga. The pace will be gentle, and all abilities, ages, and body sizes are welcome. No experience is necessary, and you don't even have to be flexible! This is about mobilising with a large dollop of grooves.
