Connect within during this outdoor sitting meditation with gentle music as we celebrate the longest day of the year and welcome the abundance of summer.
We will be indoors if the weather isn't ideal.

Tea will be offered after the meditation as we watch the sunset

What to bring: seating of your choice as we will be sitting for 30 minutes. Folding chairs will be available.
What to bring: meditation pillow, yoga mat or anything to be comfortable on the floor. Mats & blankets are available. Chairs are also available upon request.

Bio:
Sierra is a Farmington local who leads meditation workshops in an easygoing & comfortable atmosphere. She has been officially leading meditation classes for 3 years and encourages you to join us in practicing this great gift of calm and peace.

Parking: GPS MAY SEND YOU IN WRONG DIRECTION! Entrances and Parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says “304 Main Street”. Park in any of the 3 parking areas on the right, and the main entrance is the big red door. Follow signs to the Tranquility Room
