Inner Release and Intention Setting Workshop

Start the year with clarity and purpose! This workshop is designed to help you:

✨ Clear old patterns that no longer serve you

✨ Manifest the new with focused intention

Through the powerful combination of

• Auricular Acupuncture,
• Reiki Energy,
• Sound Bath
• Journaling
• Meditation.

You will receive

• A journal to use for the session and beyond
• A full meditation experience
• A discount on upcoming follow-up sessions.
• A sample bag of tea to take with you
• Light snacks, Detox Tea, and water.

You’ll begin the process of change to create a renewed life.

We will experience Ear Acupuncture. This process uses 5 small sterile needles on the cartilage of each ear. Alternatively, you may use metal beads or seeds instead of needles. The protocol targets specific areas of the body for cleansing, relaxation, detoxification, and more. It is a great way to release physically and emotionally to be ready to integrate new intentions/goals.

Refreshments will be available. Feel free to bring a blanket, yoga mat and anything else to make your experience comfortable. Chairs will be available for the session.

Registration requires the completion of a waiver form.
