About the event

THERAPEUTIC YOGA FOR CANCER

Join this special free class hosted by the Roger Maris Cancer Center. This offering is open to any and all cancer survivors, those currently in treatment or in remission.

A gentle therapeutic yoga class using mindfulness, breath and movement to enter into a state of ease and relaxation in a supportive group setting.

Postures will be modified as needed for physical limitations. No experience required. Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one!
