What to Expect on July 9th

Time: 7–8 PM (plan to arrive a few minutes early, so you can use your full hour for the fun stuff)�
Private Access: Your group will have full access to our facility during this time.
You’ll be able to enjoy:
* Our large social sauna
* Cold plunge tubs
* The lymphatic roller
We also have showers, towels, and filtered water available for all guests.

What to Wear
* Sauna & Plunge: Swimwear or comfortable workout sets
* Lymphatic Roller: Fitted clothing (like leggings or bike shorts) works best
