Zero to Three Beginners Running Course

Sign up and join the next Zero to Three beginners running course with Falmouth Running Club. This is an 8 week progressive program fully supported by coaches and leaders from Falmouth Running Club. The cost of membership is £38 and places on the course are limited. Meeting at 6.45pm for a 7pm start on Tuesday evenings from Tuesday 29th April at Falmouth Cricket Club. Our sessions are always taken at your own pace, supporting everyone towards completing a 3 mile route. There is some necessary admin to complete before starting the course, unfortunately we will have to turn away anyone who hasn’t signed up in advance of the course starting.
