In this inspiring event, Kadam Bridget will explain how simple meditation techniques coming from Buddhist wisdom can take us on a joyful inner journey.

When put into practice, these techniques bring us the peace we are looking for in our every day life, improve our well-being and allow us to deeply enjoy our life in a meaningful way.
