Honeyfeet returns with The Heads, Hearts and Hooves Tour, showcasing one of today's most electrifying and genre-defying live acts. Led by the indomitable Ríoghnach Connolly - RTÉ Radio 1 Folk Award winner and BBC Radio 2's Folk Singer of the Year - the band weaves protest soul, twisted folk, deep groove, and joyful abandon into something utterly unique.
Connolly's voice, "equal parts fierce, tender and fearless," recently graced the Royal Albert Hall alongside Annie Lennox for "Sisters: Annie Lennox and Friends," sharing the stage with Celeste and Nadine Shah. From acclaimed performances at Manchester's Albert Hall (WOMEX 24) to the breathtaking cliffside Minack Theatre in Cornwall, Honeyfeet continues to captivate audiences with their fearless musical freedom.
Expect an evening of swampy jazz, raucous brass, fractured funk, and folkloric textures from a band that seamlessly blends mischief, protest, and vulnerability into something fiercely human. Their summer journey includes Gobefest Manchester, Belgium's Plein Publique Festival, and Canada's Hillside Festival, before autumn appearances at Wilderness, Green Man, and Found Festival.
