This unique Market to Table experience begins with a complimentary hot drink at Tregew Food Barn in Flushing, followed by a tour of the market where we’ll handpick the very best seasonal ingredients. Then it’s back to my Falmouth home, overlooking Flushing, where together we’ll transform our market haul into a delicious shared lunch, enjoyed with a glass of wine (or non-alcoholic alternative).
This unique class is designed to help you cook more instinctively, finding inspiration in the ingredients you have on hand, creating dishes that are both effortless and delicious rather than relying on recipes. It's also a super social class, so if you just fancy coming along to the market and then want to simply watch some food being cooked for your lunch, that's absolutely fine too!
Because the dishes are created on the spot, in my home, this cookery class has an exceptionally laid back feel. It's worth bringing a note book with you (or your phone!) in case you want to write down the recipes we create as they unfold infront of you.
With a maximum of just 4 participants, you’ll enjoy as much or as little hands-on cooking as you like with guidance from me, in a relaxed, welcoming setting.

Date/Time: Saturday 29th November at 9 AM. Meet at the Foodbarn in Tregew at the coffee stand for a hot drink; 45 mins market shopping; cook and enjoy lunch around 1:00–1:30pm; finish around 1.30-2pm

Transport: A car is required to travel between market and Alan’s home. Limited spaces may be available in Alan’s car by prior arrangement.
