You’re invited to come just as you are, to rest, reflect, and be held in circle as the evening draws in. Together we’ll share simple practices for grounding and renewal, with a guided meditation supported by the rhythm of the drum. This month we’ll explore the theme of Gratitude, honouring all that we have and all that we are.
