Guilty Pleasures return to the functional fitness Mecca which is Falmouth Marina, confident that they will be the most out of shape people in the room by quite some margin.

For legal reasons, no one will be using the words 'CrossFit' but with a bit of luck, the xmas tunes will be rehearsed and ready to wow the assembled bunch of beautiful, buff people.
