Enjoy a 1 hour and 15-minute session hosted in collaboration with Trebah Garden and Emily Wheeler. Practice amongst nature, look out to beautiful views and listen to the peaceful sounds of the water.
Trebah’s sheltered and secluded beach at the bottom of the garden is the most idyllic place to practice. There will be flowing movements, moments of stillness, breathing and always a long relaxation to finish the session.
Emily is clear at communicating and the class will leave you feeling more harmonious, healthy and happy! Why not head to Trebah Kitchen for breakfast or stay for a coffee at the boathouse beach cafe?
