Join Latitude 44 for a summer series Destination Yoga at Chippewa Valley’s premier Goat Yoga and Alpaca experience; Hidden Timber Soul Sanctuary. Located in Fall Creek, follow the twisting roads to an immersive experience with guided breathwork, yoga accessible for all levels and of course, special guests that do a great job at keeping you in the present moment.
🐐 Come together for an experience that won’t be soon forgotten. Ileah H will start each session with 15 minutes of guided pranayama [breathwork] to help your mind and body melt into the beautiful space. Owners of Hidden Timber (Tiffany & Kristina) will give you some “goat snacks” after a brief conversation of what to expect. Lounge with the gals [all the goats are female], love up on them, embrace their inquisitive nature, and partake in a 45 minute all levels Slow Flow with their presence. Don’t worry, the goats don't care if you can't hold a pose!
🐐 Each session will be held in a temperature controlled environment, no need to worry about weather spoiling the fun. If Mother Nature blesses us sunshine, doors will be opened for a more open air feel. After yoga, feel free to walk around the property, introducing yourself to the goats, alpacas and enjoying the open country air. Each attendee will leave with a grab bag of goodies from both Latitude 44 and Hidden Timber Soul Sanctuary. Make time for YOU. Put YOURSELF first. Fill your cup with mindful pranayama, and a blissful slow flow with maybe some balance assists from an inquisitive new friend.

🐐 Space will fill quickly, attendance is capped at 15 for each session.
- Mats and props are provided by Hidden Timber.
- Bring your water, phones for pictures/videos, and a playful demeanor.
- A port-a-potty is available on-site for restroom breaks
- Waivers will be signed from BOTH facilities once on site; Latitude 44 members already have one on file.
- Latitude 44 enrollments are non-refundable with no transfers; mentioned before and again upon purchase.
- Please note ages 16+ are admitted, aiding in an adult, relaxed environment.
