Barre Teacher Training

3-DAY BARRE TEACHER TRAINING

Barre Teacher Training offers a comprehensive educational foundation to begin your journey teaching Barre. The training is inclusive of in-depth exploration of positions and poses, class structure & flow, effective cueing, harnessing your creativity, safety and strength in alignment, and in-person practice teaching. We will cover all classes offered; Barre Fusion, Barre Sculpt & standard Barre.

TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Thursday, July 24th - 5:30-8:30p
Friday, July 25th - 5:30-8:30p
Saturday, July 26th - At-Home Practice Day
Sunday, July 27th - 10:30a-4:30p
