What to wear: comfortable warm clothing
What to bring: Yoga Mat, Extra Layer, Water, Snack

I invite you to join me on a short 3 mile circular walk around the Pineapple House onto Dunmore Village followed by a session of reiki with sound bath.

Be surrounded by the beautiful setting of the Pineapple House the calming sounds and sights in nature, listen to the chirping of birds. Immerse yourself mindfully in the beauty of nature. Enjoy the peace of nature while you unwind, re-establish your breathing, and take in the healing energy all around you. As you enjoy reiki and a sound bath, allow your body and mind to relax and your inner calm be restored with each sound and breath.

Take some time for yourself to enjoy a deeply relaxing experience with like-minded individuals! All you have to do is lay down, unwind, receive reiki and allow the healing vibrations to enter your body.
