This is not a guided or instructor led walk. We will walk as a group and support one another. Everyone is responsible for their own health and safety. I am qualified in reiki and sound, I am NOT a qualified walk leader. That being said I have walked this route many times and am familiar with this walk.

I invite you to join me on a Hill Walk up Dumyat.  After the walk we will head to Cocksburn where we will embrace in a session on reiki with a sound bath followed by a dip/swim (optional). The walk up Dumyat is around 3 miles is a straightforward walk but requires a good level of fitness.

Immerse yourself mindfully in the beauty of nature. Enjoy the peace of nature while you unwind, re-establish your breathing, and take in the healing energy all around you. Allow your body and mind to relax and your inner calm be restored.
