What to wear: comfortable warm clothing, walking boots/shoes
What to bring: Yoga Mat, Blanket. Water & Snack. Swimwear if having a cold water dip
This is not a guided or instructor led walk. We will walk as a group and support one another. Everyone is responsible for their own health and safety. I am qualified in reiki and sound, I am NOT a qualified walk leader. That being said I have walked this route many times and am familiar with this walk.
I invite you to join me on Solstice for a Sunrise Hill walk up Ben A'an, with a session of reiki and Drum Healing at the summit.
Optional - after event swim/cold water dip @ Loch Venachar
This walk is around 3 miles and requires a good level of fitness as its steep in sections.
Be surrounded by Loch Venacher and the calming sounds and sights in nature, listen to the chirping of birds. Immerse yourself mindfully in the beauty of nature. Enjoy the peace of nature while you unwind, re-establish your breathing, and take in the healing energy all around you.
Take some time for yourself to enjoy a deeply relaxing experience with like-minded individuals! All you have to do is lay down, unwind, receive reiki and allow the healing vibrations to enter your body.
