Family Yoga

Stretch, breathe, and unwind together! Join us for a beginner-level yoga class perfect for families with children ages 10(5th grade) and up. Whether you're new to yoga or just looking for a relaxing way to connect, this class offers a gentle introduction to poses and mindfulness.

Children and Teens must be accompanied by an adult (18+).
Registration Required.

Please bring your own yoga mat. Comfortable clothing recommended!
We’ll have a limited supply of blankets, straps, and blocks available to help support your practice.
