Embodied Voice: An Experiential Workshop

Hi everyone,

Join us this Saturday 5/10 in Fairfax for Embodied Voice: an experiential workshop to connect with your embodied self and cultivate a grounded presence. � It’s going to be a deeply nourishing, playful, and transformative experience. We’d love to have you!

You’ll be guided in gentle movement and breathwork to release tension, voice and sound resonance exploration (no singing experience needed), reflective journaling, and other embodied practices.

This is great for anyone feeling stressed, disconnected, anxious, or who just wants to feel more calm, grounded, and resourced in their life.
