About the event

Chair-Cise at The Fair Grove Senior Center

This is a 30 -45 minute class that will be accomplished entirely while seated.

This class will focus on stretching to improve flexibility and strength. There will be no “up and down.” With both the Chair-cise and Senior-cise class, you can expect to:
· Improve posture
· Strengthen core
· Increase mobility & flexibility
· Improve stability
· Improve mood

Chair-cise will be offered on Mondays and Thursdays starting at 10:30 a.m.
