Senior-Cise at the Fair Grove Senior Center

Drawing on what we learned in our earlier "Matter of Balance" classes and through the Arthritis Association, Cindy leads our Senior-cisers in a series of stretches and exercises designed to improve strength, coordination, and balance. These activities help reduce the risk of falls and combat the effects of arthritis.
