Guided by Michelle Blanchette, this experience blends the healing vibrations of quartz crystal bowls with intentional space for nervous system restoration, energetic clearing, and deep inner alignment. Each tone is tuned to a specific energetic center of the body, helping you release what’s no longer needed and reconnect with what’s true within. Michelle brings over 20 years of experience in yoga, energy healing, and nervous system support to create a nurturing, supportive environment for all.
