Support your body, mind, and baby with Prenatal Yoga for All Levels—a gentle and empowering class designed to help you move, breathe, and connect throughout your pregnancy. Led by a certified yoga teacher and occupational therapist, this class blends mindful movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques tailored to the unique needs of pregnancy. This class will be offered as a hybrid class (in person and online) if getting to the studio is not available for you.
In this class, you will:
- Build strength and flexibility to support your changing body
- Learn breathing techniques to promote relaxation and prepare for birth
- Reduce common pregnancy discomforts, such as back pain and tension
- Cultivate a deep connection with your baby and your own body
- Find a supportive community of fellow expecting parents
No prior yoga experience is needed—this class is open to all levels and can be adapted for every stage of pregnancy. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the practice, you’ll leave feeling more balanced, centered, and confident in your journey to motherhood.

Cost: $25 drop in, or $50 for 3-class series.
