About Lucy:
Lucy Browne is a Qualified Hatha and Yin yoga teacher with a degree in Contemporary Dance. She has worked as a dance teacher, yoga teacher, and wellbeing practitioner within the community, with a strong focus on inclusive, accessible movement practices. Lucy is passionate about using yoga and dance to support healing, connection, and therapeutic wellbeing—empowering people to reconnect with their body and mind in a supportive, safe space.

For all adults, no previous experience needed
Focus on accessibility and inclusion for all abilities
You don't need to book, you can show up. But booking will give us a better idea of how many to expect.
We'll provide yoga mats, though you're welcome to bring your own.
