Stay active with our Chair Based Exercise class. Every Thursday at Whipton Community Hall. It's never too late to improve your mobility and fitness. Join our seated exercise group for a fun introduction to fitness or to continue to build a stronger you! 11 am to 11:45 am £6 per class followed by refreshments.
