A Journey into Love with Lori Grace, MA and Friends

A day of exploration into Tantra, Sexual Energetics and Compassionate Communication(NVC) for both singles and ouples. The event will be approximatley balanced. We will include a light meal and Tantric Sufi Dance in a beautiful waterfront home.

Lori Grace, founder and executive director of Sunrise Center, has been studying and teaching Tantra since 1984. It is a body-centered approach using breathwork, movement and meditation. She has also taught approaches to communication, including Compassionate Commication(NVC), since 1999. She teaches ways to connect compassionatly with oneself and others in daily life, cultivating feelings of joy, peace and inspiration. Lori has created Embodied Compassionate Communication, which incorporates body awareness also taught in Tantra into Compassionate Communication. That kind of integration greatly increases ease in learning to communicate with compassion, honesty and strenght.
