Sound Meditations in Evanston, IL

Join Ahimsa School of Sound facilitators for an experience in sound. Lay back and experience the evolving sounds as you practice the art of acceptance, navigate points of resistance, and ultimately arrive into a state of relaxation.

No skills, abilities, or beliefs are required to take part in this offering.

Additional Considerations: Dress comfortably; bring a yoga mat, blanket, and/or pillow; eat only lightly prior to meditation.
