In this 6-week series (June 22-July 27), each week will weave a theme together with breath, mindful movement, mantra, and mudra to create a space where individuals can reconnect to their own inner wisdom and strength. In each class we will ground in the belief that healing is not about fixing ourselves, but about remembering our wholeness.
Rooted in the principles of safety, empowerment, and non-judgment, Rakhi's classes are gentle, invitational, and accessible to all bodies and backgrounds. She offers practices that support nervous system regulation, self-awareness, and resilience, integrating breathwork, mindful movement, and grounding techniques.
Rakhi's intention is to create a space where students feel seen, supported, and empowered to explore their inner landscape at their own pace. Whether you're navigating recovery, stress, or simply seeking a more conscious way to connect with yourself, you're welcome here — just as you are.
