Welcome Course

• Dish: Crispy Shrimp Fritter with Green Goddess and Herbs

• Dish Regional Fish with Safron Tomato Broth, Fingerling Potato, and Fennel
• Beer: Harold's '83 Honey Amber Ale

• Dessert: Olive Oil Cake with Berry Compote, Orange, and Spiced Pecans
• Beer: Baltic Porter
