About the event

Bastion Public Training
Join us every Sunday in summer of 2025 for softkit training. Please bring the following items:
- Appropriate exercise attire
- Hardshell helmet with face guard (lacrosse/football)
- Sparring Gloves (MMA)
- Groin Protection

We will train on any or all of the following items at these practices with an emphasis on new attendees:
- Strength and Conditioning
- Judo and Wrestling for Armored Combat
- Weapons Fundamenals
- Team Morale Games
- Soft Kit Combat

We look forward to seeing you all at Lady A park, look for the Bastion Banner!
