Join me for a guided forest bathing session, where we’ll gently explore the healing power of nature through mindful walking, breathwork, edible plants, and quiet reflection.

Inspired by the Japanese practice of Shinrin-yoku, forest bathing invites you to reconnect with the natural world and receive its calming, restorative energy.
