Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age (Elementary Edition)

EJRP, Essex Pediatrics and Essex CHIPS present The Screenagers Project Community Film Screenings at Essex Cinemas! This film screening is a great opportunity to come together with families, friends, and neighbors to learn more about the impact of kids' use of screens, smartphones, and social media on their mental health.

This Elementary Edition is intended for a an elementary school audience. Children are welcome and encouraged to attend the film with their families/caregivers. June 4 we will present the Middle & High School Edition, geared toward middle and high schoolers and their families. Following the 60-minute film, participants are invited to stay for a 30-minute discussion time to talk about collective community action solutions and steps to move this important conversation forward. The format of each evening will be: 6:00-6:15 Arrival; 6:15 Welcome; 6:25-7:25 Film; 7:25-8:00 Discussion. Don't miss out on this chance to be part of something special. See you at the movies!
