Developed by Dolpo Tulku Rinpoche, LUNG JONG Pranayama is a holistic yoga practice that helps you start each day with fresh energy. By combining breath, movement, stretching, and mindfulness, you can release stress and experience deep relaxation.
This practice includes everything: stretching, joint mobility, immune system activation, and mindfulness. Suitable for all ages and levels of flexibility.
🕠 Session 1: 5:30 – 7:00 pm
Introduction to the subtle energy body — chakras, prana, and bindus — the foundation of our yoga practice.
🕢 Session 2: 7:30 – 9:00 pm
Practice of LUNG JONG Pranayama, blending Indian Hatha Yoga with the Tibetan Nam Chö (“Sky Dharma”) tradition.
💛 You are welcome to join either one or both sessions. Everyone is warmly invited!
Contribution: self-chosen, recommended 10–30 € per session
