Yoga on the Beach, Sunset Wednesdays

Experience the magic of summer yoga classes on the beach at Presque Isle State Park 🌊

✨Slow down, be fully present, and connect with something greater than ourselves.

🌱New to yoga? Begin at the beach!

💗Emphasis on mindfulness, grounding, connecting, heart opening, feeling, regulating, and moving with breath.

We are offering two classes:

🦆☀️Mindful Mondays
Series 1, 9am, June 2 - July 21
Series 2, 9am, July 28 - Sept. 15

🌅🌙Sunset Wednesdays
Series 1, 7:15pm, May 28 - July 16
Series 2, 7:15pm, July 23 - Sept. 10
Stay through sunset for a group meditation.

💰Classes are $15 to drop in, $100 per 8 week series. Do both series for $160.
