Saturday morning QiGong class - ENNIS

Getting ready for the summer? Here are our QiGong classes in the centre of Ennis. Come to class and feel wonderful, it's as simple as that.

We practice a gentle QiGong class based on the principles of the ancient Chinese system of healing and wellness.
Through gentle exercises and intentional breathing we activate our body’s energy meridians leaving us feeling energised, clear and focused
QiGong is from the same family as Tai Chi and also acupuncture. Through gentle exercises and intentional breathing we activate our body’s energy meridians leaving us feeling energised, clear and focused.

Your QiGong teacher, Marijke Jordens, is certified with the Irish Health QiGong association where she keeps on updating and refreshing her own training with her teacher.
Classes are weekly on Friday and Saturday mornings from 10am to 11am and are €12 for a drop-in or €10 per class if you pay for a bundle of 4 classes.
