QiGong is mindfulness in motion, it is about being active in a relaxed way and the movements are designed to activate the body's self healing ability.

Every Friday and Saturday from 10am to 11am we work with our life force, the Qi, to enhance our vitality and live life with ease and grace.

Come and try a first class for €10.
Thereafter it's €10 for regular students and €12 for drop-ins.
