(by the large playground, baseball field and tennis courts).
Our mission and goal at Gather & Grow ‘24 is simply this:
* To gather our community.
Young or old.
Single or married.
Kids or no kids.
Religious or non-religious.
New to the community or lived here all your life.
* To Grow in relationships. We were made for relationships and community. And we believe the best way to get to know our neighbors and community is to simply spend time together.
So we want to offer an opportunity and extend an invitation to all in the surrounding areas to GATHER & GROW.
Gather together and grow in relationships.
We will provide the reservation for the pavilion and the charcoal for the grills. So bring whatever you’d like to cook on a grill, your favorite seasonings, and all your must have fixings!
Or if you prefer to bring something already prepared, that’s fine as well! There are electrical plug-ins available if you choose to bring a crockpot or warmer.
For the kids there is a big playground right across the road from the pavilion, a nearby baseball field(if not being used), a football/ soccer area, and nearby volleyball net, and plenty of area to run, ride bikes, or skate!
For adults we will bring some options like cornhole boards, horse shoes, and maybe some cards and dominos that can be played in the shade 😎.
Or if you choose to just come and hang out and fellowship, you won’t be alone!
If you choose to stay late and wanna roast some marshmallows on a fire, that’s an option too!
Whatever your reasons, whether you come early or stay late, whether you make it once or to every event, we just want some good clean community fellowship where families (or those without) and friends can come and encourage each other through the hard times in life, celebrate each other’s accomplishments, and serve one another’s needs! We’ll never know our community if we never spend time with each other.
