☆730pm to 830pm- Devin-'What the Chuck'- : Devin (insta @devmode_nunchaku) This class will be taught in the smaller room (same as the Yoga class) and will run about 60 minute.
Class:
Learn the ninja skills to defend yourself at the flow jam! In this class you will quickly progress from the foundations of handling chucks, far beyond the Bruce Lee big screen skills you grew up watching. The main focus of the class is to first understand handrolls, essential for fire spinning, and then to collect as many quirky tricks afterwards! Chucks will be provided, but please bring any more you may have so that we can possibly do doubles.
