To make it accessible to as many people as possible, we are implementing a sliding scale. This space is rented and to keep the space, we must charge. We encourage you to contribute what you can. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! Scale range starting at $5-20 🫶

At FlowEscape, we want to offer teachers the ability to teach what their hearts desire and be able to earn for their hard work. Veyas's Class is a gift to the community. Come gather to support your brain as well as your flow🙏

Bring your LED props, friendly catcalls or just yourself for a night of wholesome jams with the flowmies! Meet your friends and make new ones for a night of dancing with friends!

Its time to come out of hibernation: Its the season of growth and longer days! We have grown from Abominable, to LuminBloom-weekly Flow Jam!

☆7:00-10pm Flow to your hearts delight!

☆730pm to 830pm- Veya-'DANCE/TANGO'- : Veya (insta @veya_vibez) This class will be taught in the smaller room (same as the Yoga class) and will run about 60 minute.
