Raw Inspired Food Workshop - Indian Cuisine

Join us for this workshop where you will create fun, nutritional Indian themed dishes, including veggie/mushroom tikka masala, naan, creamy spinach saag and a mango lassie ....all gluten/grain/dairy free and low glycemic with no processed sugars. We will discuss and incorporate vegetables and vitamin rich superfoods that nourish us while satiating us at the same time. By adding so much great nutrition into our food we reduce cravings and snacking habits. All nutritious ingredients with no processed sugar. The flavours are soooo amazing that you won't want to revert to the traditional varieties. Save some room to sample everything too!

You get recipes to take and try at home. We will discuss raw and cooked preparation methods!.
