Community Yoga + LIVE Music

Community yoga class with live music benefitting the food bank!

Join us for a special yoga class for all levels-whether you're a beginner or a seasoned practitioner, this class is designed to help you connect with your body, mind and spirit. Plus, will be accompanied by the soothing sounds of live music to enhance your practice.

What to expect:
* yoga for all levels-whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice, this class will meet you where you are.
* live music-enjoy the calming vibes of live music as we flow through our practice together.
* a safe, welcoming space-come as you are! This class is open to everyone, no matter your experience level.

A suggested donation: $10-20 per person.
All funds raised will go to the local food bank-help us support by practising yoga and giving back to the community!
