⭐️ SEATED ZUMBA AT SOHAM TOWN RANGERS!

Thank you to everyone who attended and supported our seated Zumba sessions in 2025! We have loved them, and we hope you have too! We're pleased to announce that it will return in 2026. The first session back will be on 9th January, and the new sessions will run from a revised time of 12:30pm-1pm! 🙌

🪑 Zumba Gold (Seated) is a modified, lower-intensity version of Zumba designed for older adults, beginners and people returning to exercise after injury or illness.

The class focuses on easy to follow dance choregraphy that emphasises balance, co-ordination and a range of motion, incorporating elements of cardiovascular fitness, muscular conditioning and flexibility in a fun, low impact environment. 🧘‍♂️

All sessions are free of charge. 🆓
