Baby Mindful Free Taster session (0-6 months)

I am so happy to offer a free taster session as part of the process to get my Baby Mindful coach certificate. This group is for babies aged 0-6 months at the Littleport Day Centre.
Using the Relax Kids 7 steps to discover simple ways to play, connect and relax with your baby.
Please bring along a mat or blanket for yourself and baby to sit and relax on.
