Relax Kids Magical Adventures FREE session (5-8 year olds)

Join us for a FREE Relax kids session on Saturday 7th June! Relax Kids Magical Adventures is suitable for children aged 5-8.
We will learn how to use our brains and body to understand our emotions. After fun movements, and games we will move to gentle relaxation skills and affirmations 💜
Please bring along a favourite blanket for cozy relaxation at the end of the group.
