you get to breathe in the Halotherapy (salt therapy) as you are gently guided into breathing patterns & visualization to induce a state of deep relaxation & healing.

Then, the tones of the crystal singing bowls will occupy all of your mental real estate giving you a feeling of thoughtlessness & inner peace.
