Better Body Image Workshop
Join a Registered Dietitian to explore the negative effects of pursuing unrealistic cultural beauty ideals through group discussions and activities. This evidence-based program has been proven to improve body image and reduce the risk of eating disorders.

July 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th from 4:00-5:00pm
$100 for all 4 sessions
For girls ages 13-18
